INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
* We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by inappropriate fitting of our styling items. Check the parts supplied are suitable for their purpose and that they match the description on your invoice.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE SPECIFIED DAYS
* You are advised to be at the delivery address at time of delivery to sign for your goods.
Every effort is made to ensure delivery to you within your chosen time scale, however we cannot guarantee this to be so. We are not responsible in any way what so ever for deliveries outside this period. We will however make the appropriate reduction in charge if the delivery falls outside your preferred period. A minimum delivery charge will be applied in all circumstances.
ITEMS INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED
* In the unlikely event that we have sent you the incorrect part we are very sorry. Email conceptbodystyling@gmail.com quoting your invoice number or details and we will arrange collection of the offending part and replace it as soon as possible. If you do not give us correct information regarding your items i.e.: the exact model and year of your vehicle or any other fitment details that may need to be taken into account, like whether it is a 3 or 5 door car, and subsequently you receive an incorrect part, you will be responsible for additional carriage charges.
WARRANTY
* Most of the parts we supply carry a specified manufacturer’s warranty of varying terms. If you do have a problem please advise us by email in the first instance. We then may arrange a collection of the item for the return to the manufacturer for their evaluation. Their decision is final. Items which are as specified and not defective will be subsequently returned to you and an appropriate carriage charge will be made to yourself. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURN OF ITEMS
* Not to your liking: - If the item you have received is not as you expected it may be returned (in as new condition) for credit, exchange or refund*
All refunds for this reason will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Notification must be received within 7 days of receipt of items; failure to do so means that we will not be able to accept any returns.
* Carriage is not refundable. Items which have been fitted or used are not acceptable for return. Check the parts supplied are suitable for their purpose and if applicable trial fit before assembly.
* Un-wanted items: - If your circumstances change and subsequently you wish to return any goods these will be subject to a 20% handling charge (without exception) and must be received by ourselves within 7 days of receipt. We do not except returns after this period under any circumstances.
* Special Orders: - If parts are ordered specifically for you then these items will be strictly non-returnable. If you are in doubt please ask.
* Cancelled Orders: - All cancelled* orders will be subject to a 20% handling charge (without exception). Orders cancelled due to overdue postage due to circumstances beyond our control are included. Orders cancelled due to parts being unavailable or damaged will not incur this charge.
* Damaged In Transit: - All of our parts leave us in a state fit to be sold. You must examine your delivery upon receipt before signing for it. If subsequently you do find some damage to any item, this must be noted on the drivers paperwork. We cannot except damage claims once the goods have been signed for Received In Good Condition.*
* Returning items: - it is your responsibility for ensuring that items are adequately packaged for transit. We must receive all parts that have been despatched back to us: ie, lamps and all mesh.
* Un-returnables: - Items that have been painted,fitted, damaged upon return, vandalised, modified, cut or changed in any way, shape or form are strictly non returnable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any third party is aware of this policy and act accordingly. We cannot be held responsible if any third party make alterations to any item before a potential problem has arisen.

This is so that we can easily read your query and thus resolve it a lot faster.
If you are willing to sort any problems out, we are more than happy to help you get them sorted.

* Please be aware that although the greatest of care has been taken to ensure that all prices/details and descriptions are correct at time of input they may be subject to errors and change E & O E
CORESPONDENCE
* We may; from time to time; contact buyers with information on other offers and items of interest. If you do not wish to receive these please state so during the time of order.
* Entirely at our discrection
* Please note all accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency, Thomas Higgins. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover our costs in recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement. |
