Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary due to the physical size of the box. These charges are calculated automatically on weight, size, value and destination. You will be informed of the delivery charge for your purchase at the checkout stage before you confirm your order. Some off shore islands will incur a higher delivery charge, please email to check prices.

Availability
It is our policy to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
We carry a large range of our products in stock but sadly we can not carry every part. Our stock changes on a daily basis so our delivery times specified in the item description are the longest you will have to wait for your purchase, 90% of non stock items are dispatched within 10 days. When you place your order we will email you if the part is out of stock with a current delivery time. If you require a part quicker than the time specified email us to check stock or current delivery time.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse. We use the leading couriers to ensure your order arrives as quick as possible and in A1 condition. All items dispatched are fully insured against loss and damage while in transit. Our couriers are unable to specify a time slot for your delivery however a card will be left if you are out when they call, enabling you to arrange delivery at a time more convienent.
Customers are required to inspect all packages for damage before signing. Claims for damage in transit cannot be excepted once the item has been signed Received in Good Condition. If your product is received damage this must be noted on the drivers paperwork. We will arrange a replacement part on a express delivery.
